All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During peak times (product launches, sales, holidays), processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the delivery status.
🚫 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Ya-T Company is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
❗ Lost or Stolen Packages
Ya-T Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
